The service
Text2Folders converts text found in screenshots into named folders delivered as a ZIP through a web app, REST API, and MCP service. OCR is imperfect. You must review recognized lines and folder names before relying on them. The service is not intended for regulated, confidential, or production-critical workloads where failure is unacceptable.
Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for your account, credentials, API keys, and activity. You may not use the service to violate law or third-party rights, upload content you are not authorized to process, bypass quotas or access controls, disrupt the service, distribute malware, or probe other users' data.
Your content
You retain your rights in uploaded content. You grant Text2Folders the limited permission needed to receive, process, store, and delete that content to operate and secure the service. Do not upload sensitive or regulated data. Generated archives must not be used to attack systems or evade security controls.
Plans and billing
Plans, quotas, trials, prices, and feature availability may change. If paid access is enabled, Stripe processes payments and its terms also apply. Any renewal, cancellation, trial, or refund terms shown during checkout or in the customer portal control for that transaction unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. API and MCP access require a valid API key and an active or trial entitlement.
Availability and termination
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features. We may restrict or terminate access for misuse, security risk, nonpayment, or violation of these terms. You may stop using the service and cancel paid access through the available customer portal when billing is enabled.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Text2Folders is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost data, lost profits, or decisions based on OCR output.
